How's it going everyone!! I hope you all are doing great. This week was superrr average. Pretty much nothing happened. Many many appointments fell through and no one came to church yesterday. So that was a little difficult. All of our baptism dates have fallen through. But despite all of this, there were many blessings.     We found a family that received our message right off the bat. They just had a baby and don't have a whole lot. But we're probably going to put them on date tomorrow even though we've taught them like one principal. We also had Thanksgiving as a district which was really fun.      But yeah we're definitely going to focus a lot on getting people to come to church this week because no one is coming. We're going to have to pay a lot of money because the church is very far but I don't care. Whatever it takes haha.      This week I was studying in Alma a lot and I really like the focus on the small and simple things miracles happen....

Haupei a todos! Espero que todod hayan tenido una buena semana! This week was pretty average for me, nothing too crazy. It was just sooo hot. Especially these last two days. It's only like 90ish degrees but the sun is always super bright and it's super humid. The Paraguayans love it so it's great for us haha.      This week two really sad things happened. One is we had to stop teaching our friends vacilia and alfredo. The wife told us in a lesson that she wants to get baptized really bad. But her husband said no. Her husband also has Parkinson disease and it's just a really tough situation. As we had the last chat, she gave us her testimony about how she has faith that one day she will be able to get baptized, but she was super sad. Man my heart just felt like it was breaking. We were just all crying. But I know that God has a perfect plan and that she will get her chance someday. I probably won't be here to see it, but I know that the plan is perfect and that bring...

The Census And Elder Renlund

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great week! Because I sure did.     The first thing that happened this week is Paraguay had their census which only happens every 10 years. It was crazy because when they have the census, it's illegal to leave your house. So we had to stay inside the entire day. We tried really hard to call everyone but no one really wanted to talk to us. I guess they were all enjoying their day off. But yeah that was really fun. We cooked a lot of food. Also, we have a pet cat. He always finds a way into our house and we're not really sure how but it's funny.     The next thing is that Elder Renlund came to the mission! Both of the missions in Paraguay met together so there were like 400 missionaries all together. It was really cool. But wow was it an amazing experience. The spirit in the room was unbelievable as he testified of Christ's love for us. His words just rang with truth. I'm not supposed to really talk about what he talked about, not su...

First week here in the new area is complete!! And wow is it a great area. It's a ward with like 200 active members which is great. They were all really receptive to me and excited to meet me. We've been working a ton with the members because they're just so ready to help. It is very different from Puente Kyha and it's definitely taking some getting used to. It's in the city with a lot of people around but that's great because there are more people to teach! My new comp is pretty sick. His name is elder romney and he's from arizona. He really loves to work hard and is just super loving.     This week was another week full of miracles. We've been street contacting a ton and we found a bunch of people with potential. It's kind of crazy because people will sometimes come up to us wanting to learn more.      We also had the wedding of Reinaldo and visctoria. They got married so that Victoria could get baptized the same day. It was one of the coolest thing...
