Easter

Man, what a great week. I'm alive, don't worry.

The work is going nuts. A bit ago, I literally had no friends at all. But we prayed our hearts out and worked, and this last week was full of miracles.

After zone conference, I got to do exchanges with my last comp, Elder Oler, and I still didn't know the area, so we just left and followed the spirit. We found Lisa, Oscar, Milagro, and Graciela, a complete family. When we arrived the first time, they seemed just completely hopeless and sad. But they quickly accepted the gospel, and they are completely different now. They have a rock-solid testimony, and it's amazing. They are going to get married and baptized this next month.

We also found a couple of Cubans who ran away from Cuba because of the hard situation. They miss their family, and it's hard for them to fit in here in Paraguay. They are progressing super fast and came to church yesterday and want to get baptized.

Also, our friend Osmar got baptized!! He already wants to be a missionary and is sharing with his friends. His mom has been super difficult, but after his baptism, she gained interest and now will get married and baptized this month.

I'm loving it here, and the time is flying. The gospel changes lives. I've always heard that my whole life, but I've lived it here on the mission. My own life and the lives of the people I've taught. I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I can't even find the words to express it. Sometimes it brings me to the point of tears thinking of His love, mercy, and purity.

2 Nephi 9:21-22
"And he cometh into the world that he may save all men if they will hearken unto his voice; for behold, he suffereth the pains of all men, yea, the pains of every living creature, both men, women, and children, who belong to the family of Adam.
22 And he suffereth this that the resurrection might pass upon all men, that all might stand before him at the great and judgment day."

I know that Christ lives. I know that he suffered and died for us. I know that we will be raised up one day with perfect bodies to live eternally with him.
