Milagrosos

Hello everyone!! How are you all doing? This week was an amazing week and we really saw many many miracles.

 

 

For starters, we had exchanges with my District Leader and I got to lead the area for the day. It rained a ton but we still worked. We had a second visit with someone named Fernando. He didn't seem to have a ton of interest the first time, but I put him on date to be baptized and he came to church yesterday. Later that day we had a visit with a family but there wasn't a man in the house so we couldn't stay. So we went around looking for members and no one could come with us. We ended up just asking a guy in the street to come and he did. He has a ton of interest. We also found a family in the street that has a ton of interest completely by accident. 

 

 

Our friends haven't been coming to church. Which has been really hard. So we worked super hard this week inviting everyone to church and explaining why it's so important. We went to church yesterday kind of not expecting anything but 5 of our friends came. It was an absolute miracle. All of them said they loved it and want to come again so all of them are going to get a date this week. 

 

 

This transfer is coming to a close this week. We'll see what happens. We've really set ourselves up to have a really successful transfer this next transfer. I'm pretty sure I'll stay here but there's a chance that my comp will leave but we'll see. 

 

 

We also had a fun Christmas gift exchange thing with our Zone so that was really fun.

 

 

But yeah this week was super amazing. The time is just flying by. It feels like I just started and I already almost have 6 months. Absolutely crazy. But I hope you all had a great week as well. And I'll see yall next week!

Hello everyone! How's it going? I hope you all had a great week this week. I had a really great week. Nothing too crazy or out of the norm, just working like crazy as usual. This week I got to do 2 exchanges which was awesome. I love doing exchanges because I learn so much and I build relationships with other missionaries. We had an exchange with a companionship called Yvy ja'u which means we eat dirt in guarani. I stayed here in pjc but Saturday morning I had to leave at like 4 in the morning to go pick up my companion and then come back. That took like 8 hours in total and I was completely dead the whole day haha. So basically all of our friends that were progressing are now not progressing, and so we had to drop like 15 people at the start of this week. That was kind of discouraging but we kept working and man did the Lord bless us. We contacted a guy in the street and he told us that he had never heard of the missionaries before but his cousin is a member and he had interes...
